Delivery Details

We treat all our website orders with the same priority as our Amazon Prime orders, so if you order before 2pm  we will aim to get your order in the post the same day, Even for standard deliveries.

Delivery to mainland UK (Standard)

Postage Charge
Postage to most UK addresses is £3.50 on all orders under the Free postage Limit

Delivery Time
Can Be up to 3 working days from placing the order, 
Delivery will be by Royal Mail or DHL within 4 working days from the date you place your order. The courier will not always need a signature for delivery.

Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an extra day for delivery, as the parcels get handed over from the courier to Royal Mail or a third party for final delivery.

Delivery to mainland UK (Express)

Postage Charge
Postage to most UK addresses is £4.95.

Delivery Time
Next working day delivery, if ordered by 2:00pm Monday – Friday.
We will process your order the same working day, provided you order before 2:00pm Monday - Friday. Your order will be despatched by courier and will be with you the following working day. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an extra day for delivery.

The UK areas DPD state as offshore, taking an additional 2 working days, are Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Delivery to EC Countries

Postage Charges Vary but in most cases £16 will cover standard delivery.

Overseas orders are shipped with DHL and it is essential that we have a telephone contact number and a valid email address just in case the courier needs to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery to non-EC European Countries

Postage Charges Vary but in most cases £21 will cover standard delivery.

Kitwizard can deliver Worldwide – We Know our Outgoing customers can be found in the most remote of locations – even when they are home from their adventures! The exact delivery time will vary from location to location and may be more or may be less than the quoted 12 days. Over 2kg orders are generally shipped by DHL and under 2kg orders are generally shipped by Royal Mail
