Firefly Mk 2 ArcMarkers enable an arc-of-fire to be marked clearly and quickly in daylight, dusk and in darkness. Utilising a low-output trigalight installed in a shrouded slot to maintain security, the Mk2 ArcMarker also includes a yellow panel to give visibility in day and dusk conditions. Offering great flexibility, applications include trench marking, safe-lane or hazard marking and they can even be used as a model or map-pointer.
Construction of the Mk2 ArcMarker enclosure provides enhanced strength and durability. Also new is a substantial hook, moulded into the top of the unit for enhanced utility. The Mk2 ArcMarker incorporates a green, low output trigalight (3x15mm) for increased viewing distance in darkness. Should shielding of the lamp be required, the lamp slot can be partially taped over until the preferred output is achieved.
These units are supplied in blister-packaged pairs. Firefly Mk2 ArcMarkers are available in black and desert sand enclosure colour options.

Firefly bivvy markers are laser sealed borosilicate glass vials which are internally coated with phosphor injected with gaseous tritium (this is the special stuff) which reacts with the phosphor to create a cold energy which produces a low level light source with no filaments or heat dissipation and no risk of fire or explosion.

The whistle and fire starter elements are screw fixing (each join complete with rubber grommet to prevent water ingress) which, when released, yields three main components as shown below. The Firefly Mini Marker is a compact and versatile self-powered, self-luminous marker for fixed applications. It provides the user with a cost-effective, quick, easy and reliable means of locating and identifying a switch or asset in the dark. The Mini Marker generates a safe, secure and continuous illumination that is unaffected by climate and that does not require batteries or recharging by ambient light during its service life of 10+ years. Each Firefly Mini Marker is supplied with its two components in loose form ... a top-piece (which contains the trigalight) and the base. The user can choose whether to utilise the top-piece only as the marker ... this is the Micro Marker and is the smallest possible trigalight marker available. Or, if a larger platform is required for installation, the top-piece can be bonded to the base, forming the Mini Marker. The base contains two fixing screw-holes for easy installation.
