backpackers and many other outdoor activities.

These walking socks
have a built-in liner made from 100% Tactel. Tactel is a high wicking
fabric that will wick moisture away from the foot keeping them dry and
warm. This inner liner stays with the foot, while the soft, wool-mix
outer moves with the shoe. This reduces friction and so helps to
prevent blisters and also reduces wear on the sock.

The ribbed outer
layer is a high wool mix (89% wool) and hugs the foot but still gives
plenty of volume to fill traditional boots. The excellent durability
and insulation of the outer layer gives the sock superior warmth and
wear. They have arch bracing for additional support, and are
recommended for 4 season walking in any kind of boot.
The unique mixture of fibres helps to keep the
foot cool, dry and blister free.
